To load quickly to your computer, these pictures are deliberately made quite low quality, but high quality versions are available to serious enquirers. Main villa

The principal part of the building is the villa, of approximately 2200 sq ft. It is entered via a small paved south-facing garden (bottom left of plan) which provides an excellent outdoor dining area with easy access to the kitchen and barbecue.

The front door opens onto a light and airy hallway with a cloakroom and under-stairs storage cupboard. The first room off the hallway to the right is guest bedroom 1, a double bedded room with a range of extremely high quality fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with double basin and a full bath with shower. A second guest bedroom is next to it, again with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with shower. Opposite these two bedrooms is a magnificent kitchen. This is extremely well fitted with apple-wood units, and appliances include a separate drinks fridge as well as a regular fridge and freezer, dishwasher, conventional and microwave ovens and hob. The kitchen has a breakfast bar area and a large archway opening through to the living room. The living room is well laid out with an attractive and efficient fireplace for cool evenings, and fully opening picture windows onto a shady terrace. This has steps down to the apartment garden which then then give access to the communal garden and swimming pool. Part of this terrace has been enclosed with seamless glass walls to create an excellent family room or conservatory.  

From the hallway at the front of the house, the elegant staircase has excellent natural light as well as a magnificent chandelier, and leads up to the master suite. This is made up of a well fitted bedroom and bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a full bath. Off the master bedroom is a fitted dressing area and a fourth bedroom. This is currently made up with bunks as a a children's room, but could also be a home office, and has a small terrace of its own. The master bedroom has a glazed wall which opens onto the large L-shaped main terrace, from which the sea can be glimpsed at the front of the house. There are plans in hand to further improve this terrace: possibilities include shading, a plunge pool, and an additional external staircase to the garden. However exact details will be agreed with the new partners.

Beneath the main villa, the lower level contains utility spaces and a self-contained apartment. The utility areas are shown in the apartment plan and comprise a large garage with remote control door which gives access to the street. The rear of this will be converted to provide 5 large storage lockers for sports equipment and other personal possessions for each of the five partners. Moving into the house, the water system includes a very large storage tank which is more than adequate for any likely water cut-offs which occur from time to time.  Adjacent to this is another room which could be used as a home office or for storage.


The self contained apartment beneath the main villa is about 1100 sq. ft. This can be reached either from the garage, or via steps from the front garden into a secure corridor. (The overall access to house and apartment could of course be further modified if required by the group owners). The apartment front door opens onto a hallway with a utility room. Off the hallway to the left is a double bed room with a bathroom with walk -in shower. A second double room adjacent to it has no external window but instead a large frosted glass window into the living area. The kitchen and living area are open plan, and the kitchen is of course fully fitted with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Off the living area is a second bathroom, which has both a walk-in shower and a full bath. The living area has a completely glazed wall whose patio doors open onto a wooden deck and thence to a small lawn from which the steps give access to the communal garden. Please note that in the photos seen here the furnishings are temporary replacements and are not representative of the group standard: the pictures were taken immediately after the departure of a full time tenant.

The property has tile or marble flooring throughout and has been maintained to a very high standard as befits its main use as a private home. There is a remote alarm system and shutters on all windows for security. A broadband internet connection can be made available if desired by the members. All rooms have air-conditioning or central fans, and heating.
